Welcome to Bluehaven Studio on Fork Creek in Saluda, NC. You’ll find a variety of mixed media projects using fabric, fibers, paper, paint, stamps, ink, beads, vintage buttons and ephemera, and more. You’ll find altered art, books, art journals, assemblage and jewelry. I came to art after age 50. Someone once told me that when I found my medium, I would not want to do so many things. She was wrong. I love it all. I share my studio with my husband and my two blue point Siamese cats, Thomas and Josie. Nature is my inspiration. From the windows of the studio we have views of mountain, meadow, pond and creek. I am blessed.
